Interact with Customers
Every workforce requires specific skills training. This training programme of 12 comprehensive modules aims to address the critical and scarce skills identified by South Africa’s Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA). Furthermore, each programme is aligned to SETA-accredited unit standards and training material.
Supplemented with a blended learning solution, this training programme can earn the learner credits towards a qualification. Additionally, you, as the employer, can qualify for government-legislated subsidies for SETA-accredited training.

After completing the Interact with Customers training series learners will be able to present a positive image to customers, respond to general customer enquiries in a friendly and pro-active manner, and provide basic information about the location and the price of products stocked in a wholesale or retail outlet. This person who is declared competent on this unit standard will not be required to deal with customer complaints.
