With that in mind, FUEL has three digital, SETA-aligned customer service training courses available which have been designed with a learner education level of between Grade 9 – 12. As such, we use a simplistic methodology, incorporating icons and graphic animations to create an engaging and accessible learning experience.
We have standardised the reading level of our scripts to approximately grade 5 (English first language) to ensure that all our learners, most of which speak English as their second language, can understand and properly digest the training.
All the courses are SCORM-compliant, compatible with any Learning Management System, and comprised of broadcast-quality video that can be viewed directly on users’ PCs or mobile devices.
